Creating Taste produces a small range of ‘en croute’ main courses with fish. Ready to cook straight from the freezer they are lovely served with a selection of fresh vegetables or salad. The range includes the 2009 winner of the Heart of England fine foods Diamond Awards (salmon en croute).
